Can I replicate what fluado does with AgentWorks agents?
On the Business tier you'd be combining catalogue agents that connect to Outlook, SharePoint and Teams, and the catalogue covers generic functions — invoice processing, contract review — rather than your specification rules, so the parsing logic, the business rules and the cross-system routing stay yours to define and maintain. On Enterprise, AgentWorks engineers can custom-code an agent instead. The difference then isn't who writes it: it's that the agent runs in the AgentWorks workspace on seats you license, while fluado delivers the result inside your own systems and holds the operating record for it.
AgentWorks lets me switch between LLMs. Does fluado?
fluado selects the models based on what each task requires, and we're not locked into a single provider. You don't manage model selection — that's part of the service. Which model did the work is our problem, not yours.
